The center is a 6×8mm pear-cut natural red garnet — a warm, slightly orange-leaning crimson that distinguishes real garnet from synthetic ruby or red glass. Sizing & care

Garnet is about 7–7.5 on the Mohs scale — durable for daily wear. Clean with warm soapy water and a soft brush.
